A Wide Selection of Pre-Owned Vehicles
Our pre-owned inventory holds two different things, and knowing the difference helps you shop it properly.
The first is Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-Owned vehicles, which meet the manufacturer's published criteria and carry factory-backed warranty coverage. Those are covered in full on our Certified Pre-Owned page. The second is everything else: vehicles that fall outside the certification criteria on age or mileage, and trade-ins from other brands that came to us with a new-vehicle purchase.
Both are inspected before they're offered, and neither is sold with an unexplained history.
Where Our Pre-Owned Vehicles Come From
A good share of our pre-owned inventory comes from clients we already know. Lease returns, and trade-ins from people whose service records are already in our system.
When a vehicle has been maintained here since it was new, we know precisely what's been done to it and what hasn't, and you'll hear all of it. That's one real advantage of buying from a dealership that's been in the same town for sixty-five years: a great deal of what we sell used, we sold new.
What Comes With Every Pre-Owned Vehicle
- A vehicle history report, which an advisor goes through with you rather than simply handing over
- A mechanical inspection completed before the vehicle is listed
- Full disclosure of accident history and prior use
- Financing options, including on vehicles outside the certified program
- Service records, where the vehicle has been maintained with us
Pre-Owned Vehicles From Other Brands
Trade-ins from other manufacturers are part of any dealership's inventory, and we don't tuck them out of sight. What we won't do is offer a vehicle we can't stand behind. If a trade-in arrives in a condition we wouldn't want our name attached to, it goes to wholesale instead of onto our lot.
Quality You Can Evaluate With Confidence
A pre-owned vehicle deserves a closer look in this region than it would in a milder one, because salt, gravel and freeze-thaw cycles are harder on a car here than a dry commute is. Our inspection pays particular attention to the underbody, the suspension components and the brakes, since that's where local roads leave evidence.
The same conditions work in your favour once a vehicle has been looked after properly. A three-year-old vehicle has already taken the steepest part of its depreciation and has most of its useful life ahead of it, and a full maintenance record shows you how it came through its winters in a way no photograph will.
